Vincenzo is mainly skilled in real estate industry and in particular in real estate sale and purchase transactions – both structured as asset deal (of single buildings or lands or entire real estate complexes) or as M&A share deal, especially in logistics & office-asset acquisitions – in addition to residential and non-residential lease agreements and construction contracts, including ESG-aligned developments.
His practice includes legal assistance to asset management companies in transactions involving real estate investment funds and large-scale portfolio dealings.
Vincenzo graduated in law in Naples, at “Federico II” university, and before joining Ashurst he worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
