Vicki Tang

Vicki's practice areas span across dispute resolution, sanctions and export controls, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and other compliance-related matters. She has advised over three dozen IPO applicants, sponsors (ie major financials institutions) and other stakeholders on international sanctions, U.S. and other export controls, the U.S. Outbound Investment Rule, tariffs and supply chain compliance in the context of capital market practice such as Hong Kong IPO.

She has experience working in major law firms in New York and Tokyo and communicates fluently in English, Mandarin and Japanese. Utilizing her language skills and legal expertise, Vicki has assisted numerous financial institutions and other international corporate clients in investigations, arbitrations, litigations and cross border transactional matters.

Vicki is qualified in New York and is a registered foreign lawyer (Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi) in Japan admitted to the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
