Valentene is a commercial litigator who has acted on a broad range of disputes in the corporate, financial services, insolvency, insurance, resources and taxation disciplines, including Corporations Act litigation, claims under the Australian Consumer Law and contractual claims. She has also defended class action proceedings against government and private sector clients. Valentene has acted in proceedings in several State Supreme Courts, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
