Tristan Robinson

Tristan focuses on a wide variety of procurement, contracting, financing and payment structures for large transportation and social infrastructure projects. He has particular expertise in construction insurance, indemnities and bonding.

He offers strategic and practical advice on a broad range of design, construction, public and private financing and contract administration matters. These include the use of public and private debt, private equity and federal credit assistance. He helps clients navigate through all elements of public-private partnerships (P3s) and other innovative project delivery methods, including design-build, design-build-operate-maintain, toll concession, availability payment and pre-development agreements.

Tristan was named a Super Lawyer "Southern California Rising Star" by Los Angeles Magazine from 2015–2018 and 2021.

Tristan is admitted to the California State Bar.
