Tricia focuses on derivatives and structured products, documenting a high volume of derivative transactions linked to equities, interest rate underlyings, FX and commodities. She also advises regional and international financial institutions on exotic structured products issuances and the development, maintenance and automation process of structured securities programmes. During her time working in the Global Markets practice in London, she also worked on updating a structured securities programme to include issuances of securities linked to cryptocurrency futures.
Tricia has worked in Ashurst London, Singapore and Hong Kong offices, working with clients across various jurisdictions.
Tricia is qualified in Hong Kong.
