Tom is a senior economist in the antitrust, regulatory and trade and EU law department in London providing economic advice and analysis in relation to a range of competition matters. Tom has provided advice on merger control matters in various jurisdictions including the UK (Phase 1 and Phase 2) and the EU. Tom also has experience advising on market studies, abuse of dominance investigations and competition litigation proceedings before the CAT.
Tom has acted for clients across a diverse range of industries including retail markets, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, software, and utilities. Tom also has extensive experience in the telecoms sector having worked for the UK communications regulator for three years.
