Tom Cummins is a senior counsel in our dispute resolution practice
Tom is a disputes lawyer with particular expertise in arbitration who has represented clients in a range of matters in the energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors. His experience encompasses a range of governing laws, institutional rules, and arbitral seats, including London, Stockholm and Munich.
Tom also advises on public international law issues, including investment treaty protection and international sanctions. His advisory work includes questions arising under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties, and the structuring of foreign investments to take advantage of such treaties. He is a Solicitor - Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings).
