Tino Duttine

He has more than twenty years of experience advising domestic and international clients on all aspects of corporate taxation. He specialises in project-oriented tax planning, M&A transactions and group structuring. His expertise extends to advising on acquisition, financing and repatriation structures and real estate and infrastructure transactions. He is a leading expert in special tax risk and W&I insurance work where he advises on more than 200 transactions.

Tino holds a law degree from the University of Frankfurt and a German MBA in Business Administration. He is a certified tax advisor and is frequently recommended by the leading German legal directory JUVE for transactional tax. Tino is also a frequent author on corporate and tax matters and lectures on "International Taxation" at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
