Tim has experience of advising on the tax aspects of a wide variety of transactions and has particular expertise in real estate, real estate finance and oil & gas taxation.
Tim also regularly advises on VAT and business rates matters, and contributes to Practical Law Company articles relating to stamp duty land tax.
Tim is recommended in the Legal 500 UK 2017 for VAT and Indirect Tax.
