Tim Glenn specialises in corporate law with particular emphasis on mining, oil and gas and resources projects in Papua New Guinea. He also provides general advice to senior executives in a number of public and private corporations.
Tim has been a partner of the firm for over 20 years. He initially practised in commercial litigation where he was involved in a broad range of commercial disputes, many being related to mining and oil developments. However for the greater part of his time with the firm, Tim has specialised in "front end" work, negotiating and documenting a wide variety of corporate transactions, capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the resources sector. He has also advised in relation to a number of other commercial contracts, involving many specialist areas including finance, intellectual property, supply contracts and commercial property transactions.
