Tilmann Hertel is a counsel in our dispute resolution practice
He advises and represents clients in domestic and cross-border disputes before state courts as well as in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. He focuses on complex mass litigation, cartel follow-on damage claims, post-M&A disputes and corporate litigation. He has represented clients from different sectors, most recently companies from the automotive, engineering, TMT and financial sector.
Tilmann studied law at Frankfurt University and at the University of Edinburgh (LL.M.). He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2010. Before joining Ashurst, he worked in the Frankfurt office of another international law firm.
