Tilmann Hertel is a partner in our dispute resolution practice in Frankfurt
He is a commercial litigator, advising and representing clients in domestic and cross-border disputes. He specifically focuses on banks and financial service disputes as well as corporate litigation, representing banks, financial investors, funds, and fintech's, amongst others. He also regularly works with our competition team.
Tilmann studied law at Frankfurt University and at the University of Edinburgh (LL.M.). He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2010. Prior to joining Ashurst in 2021, he worked in the Frankfurt office of another international law firm.
