Tian Yang Xin is an investment funds lawyer who focuses on private investment funds offered to accredited investors and institutional investors.
He advises fund managers on the structuring and formation of Singapore and offshore funds across different strategies and asset classes, such as private equity, venture capital, credit, hedge and real estate funds, as well as corporate and institutional investors on their investment into funds. He also advises fund managers and other financial institutions on obtaining the relevant licences or registrations and setting up their operations in Singapore, as well as on ongoing regulatory and compliance matters.
