Thomas has extensive experience of acting for agents, borrowers and lenders on multi-jurisdictional investment grade, cross-over credit, leveraged and restructuring finance transactions.
Thomas specialises in loan trading, bespoke sub-participation arrangements and debt distribution structures. Thomas has extensive experience of acting for bidders, buyers and sellers on performing and non-performing loan asset sales, including many of the largest single name and portfolio transactions completed in the European market. Thomas also acts regularly on loan distribution and forward flow platforms.
Thomas is based in the London office and has also worked in our global loans teams in New York City and Paris.
Thomas is qualified in England and Wales.
