Theodoros specialises in structured debt and securitisation financings across all major asset classes with a particular focus on securitisations and portfolio acquisitions of residential mortgages, auto loans, non-performing loans and SME loans.
Theodoros has particular expertise in advising on securitisations, covered bonds and portfolio acquisitions of both performing and non-performing loans in Southeast Europe.
Theodoros acts for arrangers, lead managers, originators, issuers, servicers and institutional investors.
