Tess acts for a range of energy, resources, telecommunications, government and large commercial and industrial clients across Australia, with particular expertise in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia.
She advises in relation to project approvals and regulatory compliance, across planning, environment, heritage, energy, mining, telecommunications and native title frameworks.
Tess has experience in project management and stakeholder engagement, and has assisted clients to engage with local government, regulators, landowners, traditional owners, experts and opposing counsel, to ensure seamless delivery of complex projects and careful management of litigation.
