Tannia is a counsel in the corporate department of Ashurst Spain
She has particular expertise in M&A and private equity as well as in commercial and corporate law law, including corporate reorganisations, shareholder and joint venture agreements. Tannia has also sound experience in advising institutional investors in relation to the sale and purchase of companies in different sectors such as infrastructure, energy, real estate, technology, debt recovery or retail. She has also broad experience in debt restructuring processes and distressed deals, commercial law and new technologies. She has also performed the company vice-secretary role for several Spanish companies.
She has degrees in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid.
