Susannah Macknay

Susannah is a partner in our corporate transactions practice at Ashurst, specialising in acting for corporate and private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions. With more than two decades in legal practice, Susannah also advises on disclosure, corporate governance and listing rules matters and has significant experience advising listed companies on responses to activist shareholders. She is ranked as a Next Generation Partner in the Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2022 Corporate and M&A rankings.

Throughout her career Susannah has played an important role on a number of complex and market-leading transactions in Australia and the UK, and has a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions.
