Stuart is experienced in commercial litigation across Australian jurisdictions and has advised various corporate clients in relation to disputes arising out of commercial transactions. He has significant experience acting for financial institutions in relation to regulatory investigations, and has assisted corporate clients with other regulatory investigations.
Stuart is known for his level-headed approach to complex and sensitive legal matters and strong grasp of civil procedure. He has also served as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Connock at the Supreme Court of Victoria.
