Steve's experience includes representing issuers, investors and underwriters in public and private securities offerings, including international offerings of equity and debt securities under Rule 144A and Regulation S, and venture capital and private equity financings. He also regularly advises listed issuers on transactions, corporate governance and compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
Steve is qualified in the state of New York and is a Hong Kong-registered foreign lawyer.
Steve is a native Mandarin speaker and speaks fluent English.
