Stephanie Simm

Stephanie is a senior associate in our finance practice and part of the English law team based in our Madrid office. She acts for lenders and borrowers on cross-border financings, advising on energy (including renewables) and infrastructure project finance transactions.

Prior to joining Ashurst in 2024, Stephanie worked at a major global law firm based in Sydney, Australia. She is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW, Australia and the High Court of Australia.
