Stephan is a securitisation specialist, focusing on advising banks and companies, particularly in relation to true sale transactions in respect of various asset classes, including auto loans, leases, consumer finance, NPL and trade receivables.
Prior to joining Ashurst in 2017, Stephan worked several years as an associate at Baker McKenzie.
