Stan has extensive experience acting for global investment banks on the establishment and renewal of their structured products programmes for both retail and wholesale markets, including for compliance with the EU and UK Prospectus Regulation regimes. He advises leading financial institutions in relation to structured products offerings, including in relation to a wide array of underlying reference assets such as equities, funds, commodities, proprietary indices, foreign exchange, inflation, credit and other rates, and across various product wrappers.
