Srishti practises primarily in the area of commercial litigation, with significant experience advising on disputes in the corporate, financial services, and construction and infrastructure sectors.
She has particular experience working in large, complex litigations, with a focus on class actions in the financial services sector. Her most recent experience includes acting in the RiverCity class action in the Federal Court of Australia. Srishti has particular expertise advising on contractual, negligence, corporations law and trade practices claims.
