Sophie advises on wide range of insolvency and restructuring matters and special situations work.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Sophie worked at a global law firm in London gaining extensive experience working on complex cross-border transactions. She also completed a secondment to the European credit desk of a global asset management fund in London where she advised on restructuring, opportunistic and distressed debt transactions, liability management transactions and private credit / direct lending deals.
