Sophie Skeet is a senior associate in our London regulatory practices

Sophie advises the following types of clients: banks, investment firms, consumer finance providers, payments and e-money institutions, and FinTechs. She has experience in advising on matters ranging from regulatory change projects to perimeter and conduct questions.

Her areas of focus include retail financial services. Sophie regularly advises clients on consumer protection legislation and guidance. Her practice covers the consumer credit and mortgages regimes, as well as MiFID II retail investment services, AML matters and payment services. Many of her matters involve a cross-border dimension.
