Siân is a Senior Associate in our Digital Economy Transactions practice, based in Glasgow. She has extensive experience advising on complex and strategic corporate and commercial transactions, in particular those involving AI, SaaS, cloud, digital infrastructure, sourcing/outsourcing and data arrangements.
Siân brings a strong commercial and operational perspective in addition to her legal expertise, having previously worked in-house in the telecoms sector and completing multiple client secondments across the payments, fintech, FMCG and energy sectors.
Siân is also an active contributor to the firm's thought leadership on deep tech, digital transformation and advanced digital technologies.
