Simon Moore is a senior consultant in our projects practice and splits his time between London and Abu Dhabi
Simon specialises in infrastructure and renewable energy transactions, with a particular focus on PPP and concession based projects in the Middle East and the UK.
He has acted for governments, sponsors and lenders in a wide range of sectors, including schools, universities, student accommodation, hospitals, housing, power, energy from waste, defence, roads and light rail. Simon has worked on development projects, renegotiations and re-structurings, operational issues, and the acquisition of operational assets. His work has also included advising governments on standard form PPP documentation in the UK and South Africa.
Simon also has experience of both upstream oil and gas and renewable energy projects in the UK, South East Asia and the Middle East.
