Simon provides technical and strategic advice to a number of the firm's major public and private sector clients. Simon's experience includes advising on employment contracts, remuneration and incentives, executive employment issues and separations, employee disputes and litigation, enterprise bargaining, and legal compliance. Simon has supported a number of clients in relation to regulator action and remediation processes.
Simon has multi-jurisdictional experience, having worked at a top tier law firm in New Zealand before moving to Australia and joining Ashurst. Simon works with many of the firm's Trans-Tasman clients.
Simon delivers advice in a clear and commercially pragmatic manner. Simon also has a keen interest in the use and impact of new technologies, both for the firm and its clients.
