Simon Bullock

Simon is a partner in the corporate practice and is head of the firm's equity capital markets practice in London. He has experience in advising on the full suite of ECM transactions with a particular focus on advising underwriters, issuers and investment funds on a range of equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, rights issues and equity placings.

Simon joined Ashurst in September 2006 and since then has spent time on secondment to the ECM and M&A Advisory team at RBS and Ashurst's corporate team in Madrid. Simon has recently advised on a number of significant and high profile equity capital markets transactions including the 6.3bn all-Share Merger of Tritax Big Box REIT, the £646.6m demerger, IPO and dual listing of Bytes Technology Group, the £1.1bn IPO of Countryside Properties, National Express Group PLC (now Mobico) on its £235m equity capital raising, and the £455 million IPO of Foresight Group Holdings Limited.
