Shreya is a member of Ashurst's Restructuring and Special Situations Group in Singapore.
She has a broad range of experience advising clients across the capital structure on both contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters. Shreya has acted on a number of complex, multi-jurisdictional restructuring and special situation matters spanning Singapore, India, Hong Kong and South East Asia.
She has also previously advised the Indian government on the design and drafting of parts of India's insolvency legislation, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Shreya is a member of International Insolvency Institute's prestigious NextGen Leadership Programme (Class XIII, 2024) and is one of six members of INSOL India's Young Practitioners' Committee.
Shreya is admitted to practice in England & Wales and India.
