Sheena is a regulatory lawyer, focusing on financial services matters. She advises financial institutions, market infrastructures and corporates on a broad range of regulatory issues relating to financial services and markets products, including banking services, capital markets services, payment services, derivatives, and commodities.
Sheena is also experienced in advising on the regulatory aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. She has represented clients and industry associations in regulatory consultations and engagement with regulators, and regularly advises on reforms in finance sector. Her practice covers FinTech related matters where she advises on digitalisation, digital assets and data privacy as well.
