Shaz is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Transactions team, advising on a wide range of corporate and financing transactions on both UK and multi-jurisdictional matters. He has extensive experience in relation to M&A acquisitions, disposals, fundraisings, private equity and general corporate and commercial matters across a number of industry sectors including, fintech, financial services, automotive, energy and infrastructure.
Shaz has a particular focus on Tech M&A, including advising high growth businesses and investors. Shaz is experienced in all aspects of the investment process from term sheet negotiation, seed funding, series A financings (and beyond) to exits.
