Scarlet is a highly experienced employment lawyer who is recognised for her expertise in work health and safety (WHS). As a former prosecutor with a WHS regulator, Scarlet has intimate knowledge of the laws that govern workplace safety and provides the full gamut of WHS services, from advising on safety compliance to defending WHS prosecutions, to clients in the Government and private sectors.
Scarlet is well regarded in the market for both her depth of knowledge and her understanding of the practical issues facing employers in protecting the health and safety of their workers.
Scarlet also frequently assists her clients with investigations and inquiries related to workplace misconduct, including allegations of fraud, corruption and discrimination and conducts workplace related litigation in a myriad of Federal and State courts and tribunals.
