Sashini provides legal advice and transactional support on data and privacy, cyber, technology, artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure matters.
She advises clients on data flows and compliance with privacy requirements, the consumer data right, digital identity, privacy reforms, cyber incidents and data breach notification processes, and complex technology procurements and projects.
Sashini has worked for Australian and international clients in the financial services, retail, health and energy and resources industries. She also acts for both State and Commonwealth Government departments.
