Samantha Marsh is a senior associate in our planning, environment, and first nations practice

Samantha acts for public and private sector clients to manage legal risk and achieve sound commercial outcomes on a broad range of complex planning, environment, heritage, and native title matters. She works across all Australian jurisdictions, with particular expertise in Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.

Samantha provides clients with clear and practical advice and assistance, including in relation to major infrastructure, energy, resources and utility projects across all stages of the project lifecycle. She regularly assists clients in relation to obtaining land access and approvals, stakeholder and regulator engagement, compliance, incident management, navigating regulatory investigations and litigation. She also works with clients in relation to emerging legal risks and opportunities, including climate change and the energy transition.

Samantha has instructed in proceedings before the Full Federal Court, Supreme Court of Victoria, and National Native Title Tribunal.
