Sam is an experienced projects lawyer with significant experience in advising public and private sector clients on the procurement, delivery and operation and maintenance of infrastructure (social and linear), transport and energy projects across Australia.
Sam’s experience includes advising on a variety of different project delivery models, including public-private partnerships (PPPs), design and construct, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), Alliances (and other forms of collaborative contracting), operations and maintenance and other government concession and outsourcing contracts.
