Sam specialises in commercial dispute resolution. He has a broad range of experience in complex disputes including in the corporate, financial services, insolvency and resources contexts. Sam also has significant expertise in contentious regulatory disputes and investigations.
Sam regularly acts on behalf of clients in State and Federal courts and is experienced in forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation.
