Sadia McEvoy is a counsel in our real estate practice
Sadia is a construction lawyer within the London real estate team. She specialises in non-contentious construction law, acting for employers and developers in the drafting and negotiation of all forms of construction documentation including building and civil engineering contracts, consultancy agreements, collateral warranties, third party rights, performance bonds and guarantees. Her role also involves producing client-facing and internal knowhow, organising and delivering training internally and for clients, and ensuring that the construction team is kept up to date on recent legal developments.
Sadia previously worked for seven years as a construction specialist in Ashurst's Disputes Resolution team before a career break during which she completed a Masters and PhD in the History of Warfare and raised a family. She rejoined the firm in 2016.
