Sabrina Bremer

Sabrina advises domestic and international financial institutions, including banks and debt funds, private equity investors and corporates on complex domestic and cross-border financings.

Her areas of expertise include acquisition financings, leveraged buy outs, secured and unsecured syndicated loans, corporate loans, senior, mezzanine, PIK and unitranche structures as well as refinancings, recapitalisations and the restructuring of such transactions.

Before joining Ashurst in 2019, Sabrina worked for leading international law firms in Frankfurt and London for more than six years.
