Ruth provides strategic advice on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law including disciplinary and grievance issues, whistleblowing, equal opportunities, TUPE, data privacy and workforce restructuring.
Ruth works with clients across a range of sectors, but is particularly recognised for her expertise in the financial services space, advising on day to day advisory issues, regulatory investigations, restraint of trade and the senior managers regime.
Aside from a thriving employment advisory practice, Ruth also advises clients on the implications of the Modern Slavery Act. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is also a regular speaker at ELITE (the LSE's international business support and capital raising programme for ambitious and fast growing companies).
