Russ Neldam is an associate in our projects practice
Russ advises on the development, delivery and financing of complex infrastructure, energy and transportation projects, including through public-private partnerships, progressive design-build and other alternative delivery models. He works with sponsors, lenders and public authorities on major transactions in the United States.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Russ was an associate at an international law firm, where he represented clients in a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, project financings, and mezzanine financings. He also served as in-house counsel at a transportation technology startup, where he led regulatory and government affairs efforts and supported strategic initiatives in a highly regulated, safety critical industry.
Russ is admitted to the California State Bar.
