Rubaina has experience advising clients on competition and consumer law matters across the UK and Australia. She has experience advising on a broad spectrum of matters including merger clearance, antitrust and consumer investigations, foreign direct investment approvals, misleading or deceptive conduct and unfair contract terms. She has also advised on various corporate compliance matters, including anti-bribery and corruption and modern slavery. Rubaina works with clients in a range of industries including financial services, oil and gas, mining and consumer goods.
