Román is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Department of Ashurst and advises on all kinds of real estate projects with a special focus in the hotel & leisure industry, logistics, PBSA, residential and alternative living.
Román advises national and international clients (mainly international funds) in all the stages of the real estate and urban planning process, including direct and indirect acquisition and disposal of real estate assets, forward purchase and forward funding schemes, sale and lease back transactions, management agreements and construction.
Román also has extensive experience advising in financings linked with real estate acquisitions and development situations.
