Rojeene advises financial institutions including banks, investment firms, payment service providers, credit providers, buy now pay later entities, asset managers, and wholesale and retail brokers.
Rojeene has a wide range of experience on a number of regulatory and compliance issues, but has a particular interest in financial crime, consumer protection, consumer credit, payment systems, licensing, contentious regulatory and enforcement matters, as well as general corporate and governance matters.
Rojeene also frequently provides regulatory support in large-scale due diligence processes involving the acquisition or restructuring of financial services and credit businesses. The most recent of which was Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited's $4.9 billion agreement to acquire 100% of Suncorp Bank from Suncorp Group Limited.
