Roger advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures and the establishment of and investment into private investment funds and co-investment platforms.
Roger has advised on matters throughout Asia Pacific, Europe and US and across a range of industries including technology, telecommunications, financial services and energy and resources. Roger also has broad experience advising institutional clients, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and state owned enterprises, on their pan-Asian private investment fund investments.
