Roanize Irish

Roanize is an employment and industrial relations lawyer and advises clients across the full spectrum of the employment relationship. She has experience in managing complex industrial disputes in the Fair Work Commission and state tribunals. Roanize advises employers throughout their enterprise agreement negotiations, and to ensure modern award compliance including underpayment reviews and payroll rectification programs. Roanize regularly supports clients to manage risks arising from terminations and has experience resolving unfair dismissal and general protections claims. She has advised on large corporate restructures and resulting redundancies, including structuring consultation processes. Roanize has assisted in significant Federal Court litigation involving the application of workplace policies and discrimination claims. She also has wide-ranging experience conducting sensitive workplace investigations, including whistleblower complaints.

Roanize has previously been on secondment at one of Australia's major private employers. This experience has helped her better understand how to deliver practical and tailored commercial solutions to legal issues.
