Richard Brooks

Richard has a broad real estate practice, including acting for corporate and government real estate occupiers, institutional property owners and developers, and on real estate aspects of infrastructure and energy and resources projects.

Richard is experienced in acting on major corporate accommodation projects, sale and lease backs, real estate investment and real estate development. Richard also has particular experience of complex real estate leasing matters in respect of the built environment. He also has experience of dealings with rural land including in respect of energy and resources projects and agricultural land.
