Rhiannon specialises in the property law aspects of construction and infrastructure projects.
She works for public and private sector clients on a range of infrastructure projects including metro, roads and light rail. Her expertise and experience includes procurement of major construction packages, negotiating interface agreements, compulsory acquisition of interests in land and providing strategic advice in relation to this, negotiation and acquisition of adjoining owner rights, advising on and documenting subdivision aspects of the sale of air rights, negotiation of leases and easements to facilitate major projects, and divestment of land.
