Raphael is a senior associate in our corporate practice. He has extensive experience advising clients on local and cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and co-investments, restructurings, corporate governance and liability management for directors and managers.
He has a strong track record of acting for US, UK and European private capital firms, including private equity and real estate sponsors, family offices, and institutional investors.
Before joining Ashurst in March 2026, Raphael spent almost a decade at magic circle firms in Luxembourg and Brussels.
